Air-Fryer Kurkuri Bhindi | Crispy Okra
Servings - 4
Ingredients:
400g bhindi | okra (wash, trim ends & cut lengthwise)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons rice flour
3 tablespoons besan | chickpea flour
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons of oil
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Method:
Wash the bhindi well, trim the ends, and cut each one lengthwise.
In a large bowl, add garlic powder, chilli powder, rice flour, besan, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
Add the bhindi to the bowl and mix gently until each piece is evenly coated.
Place the coated bhindi in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it.
Air fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway for even crispiness.
Once golden and crispy, sprinkle with chaat masala.
Serve hot and enjoy the perfect crunchy snack!
